But you also owe it to yourself to do some basic debugging before assuming you know what the problem in your case is.
#FL STUDIO NEXUS PLUGIN WONT SHOW UP PRO#
I am not defending Pro Tools 11 stability, Avid has dropped the ball here big time, and it is especially frustrating they are not all over following up on issues. Pro Tools 11 is an usable mess for some users, and especially some plugins/workloads, and that has been apparently due to both plugins and to Pro Tools in different cases. aaxplugin file from the plugin folder? Tried other similar plugins? The system much more stable running other plugins? What exact AAE CPU error are you getting? What version of Nexus 2 are you running? This is the *only* DAW host you have run the AAX-64 version of Nexus 2 on. OK explain again how you *know* it is NOT a problem with the Nexus 2 AAX-64 plugin. Did you post a Sandra report for this system somewhere? I don't know what computer you are running on and I've never used that plugin so have no feeling for what your absolute CPU usage comments mean. I'm not sure why the CAPS LOCK emphasis, the direction of change of that CPU utilization is expected. So don't tell me this is NOT a PT11 issue. As I go UP on the Buffer Size the LESS CORES it uses but it will pop/click or even give me a CPU Overload message even though the CPU is not spiking. Whenever I set H/W Buffer Size to 64 or 32 Pro Tools will utilize ALL CORES.
